Mud mud, glorious mud!

When you think of mud, what’s the one word that comes to mind? Is it maybe…dirty?Β We have been conditioned our whole lives to associate mud with dirtiness. How many times have we freaked out when our pets, children, or ourselves get dirty? So many I laugh at the idea of counting!

But what if you knew for sure that in order to help get your body clean, the cleanest EVER, you would need mud? A whole TUB of mud. That’s right. Mud helps your body detox in marvelous ways, ways that are difficult to detox without it, and in order to get squeaky clean inside, you need to get a little dirty!

So what to do?

Women have known for a long time that mud masks do wonders to clear their skin. People traveling to the Dead Sea, hoping for cures to multiple ailments, have sought to bathe in its healing mud. Well, now you have a mud bath at home! What you want is to have the most nutrient-dense mud available. I’ve found the Multi Body Pack from Premier Health and have used it consistently to marvelous results. This pack is absolutely brilliant!! It’s packed with goodness for your skin and body, and made to enhance your body’s own natural detoxing abilities. You basically fill your tub with warm water, pour in a cup or several, then soak in for 15 to 20 minutes.

While you soak in your relaxing tub (add candles and music to make it a luxurious experience!), your body will begin to draw out stored toxins through your skin. Not only will this mud help pull out toxins, but it will also nurture your body with rich minerals.

Detoxing doesn’t need to be an awful, oh-my-gosh-I’m-having-Herxheimer-reactions ordeal. It can be something pleasing, relaxing, and heavenly too.

Just get a little dirty, and the more you do it, the cleaner you will be and feel.

Mud is natural. The best most pure mud in the world is a luxury our fellow animal friends know how to enjoy. Let’s remember how to enjoy too, and take advantage of its properties ourselves. πŸ˜€
